Renuka (PT) has been a true blessing in my journey to be (and stay) pain free!! I’ve dealt with chronic neck and back aches/pains my whole life and have tried multiple PT&dry needling places to help with painful trigger points…. None compare to the skillful and specialized PT work that Renuka provides.

Since seeing her, I am a totally different person and am so grateful that I have finally found a PT who specializes in craniofacial  techniques!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about my PT journey with Renuka. Having worked with  various physical therapists over the last couple of decades, I am very particular.

I’ve been coming to Hobson Institute since June 2023 for TMJ / cranial mandibular disorder, and the care has been exceptional.

Dr. Jenny Hobson and Renuka Chilajwar take a thoughtful, integrated approach—TMJ treatment, breathing retraining (including mouth taping and Up-Locker), myofunctional work, and dry needling.

I came in with jaw tension, trapezius tightness, and neck pain—dry needling has been life-changing, with real, lasting improvement.
